Scott Clarke

A senior technologist who joined BMR’s team in 2018, Scott has 22 years of progressive experience in structural engineering and project management including roles as prime & sub-consultant lead, construction project manager, senior design technologist, and QA/QC manager. Scott brings a broad range of commercial, residential, and institutional experience in new developments, renovations & repairs, heritage restoration, tilt-up construction, technical reports & proposals, feasibility studies, quality management, and site condition assessments.
