Bill Neklia

Senior technician and IT specialist Bill Neklia is a true multi-tasker, producing large quantities of work in small time frames. In addition to keeping the digital portion of our office up and running for over 20 years, Bill has served as project technician on numerous schools, hospitals, nursing homes and recreational buildings. This includes some of BMR’s highest profile and most complex projects such as the Nova Centre and Halifax Convention Centre, Richmond Yards, and Colchester East Hants Health Centre.
