Estimated for completion in 2024, BMR collaborated with our partners at Rank Incorporated and W.M. Fares Architects on this new, 32-story, 250,000 square foot multi-unit residential complex. Overlooking the picturesque Northwest Arm in the south end of Halifax, this mixed-use development includes 77 suites of residential apartment units, street-level commercial and retail space, and four levels of parking space. With suites varying from bachelor to luxurious two-bedroom units, the slender tower design and full perimeter glazing will provide tenants with an abundance of natural lighting at every level of the complex.

Constructed of reinforced concrete frames and central core shearwalls mechanically anchored into the bedrock, each tower floor slab is individually formed and shaped to create a stunning visual twisting effect when viewing the tower from street level.  This challenging project required close coordination with all stakeholders, which BMR is proud to have successfully accomplished.
